摘
要:在分析“岩石模型”大型虚拟仪器库库中资源的基础上提出了一种可在该仪器库中实现虚拟仪器自动化拼搭的系统结构并给出了系统的工作流程。对此自动拼搭系统进行了方案设计,并对其决策控制环节、现有资源的分类管理模式和方法以及关系数据库和规则集的建立进行了研究。虚拟仪器的自动拼搭能极大程度地降低虚拟仪器的开发要求,并能对虚拟仪器的推广起到一定的促进作用。

Automatic
assembling system in rock model based virtual instrument

Abstract: Based on
the analysis of resources in the rock model based large
virtual instrument repository, the paper proposed a systematic
structure which can realize the automatic assembling of
virtual instruments in this instrument repository and come up
with its flow of work. Design of the system included the
design of the decision and control segment, the management
mode and method of assorting resources and relation data bank
and rule collection building. The automatically assembling of
virtual instruments reduces the demand of experience and
knowledge for virtual instrument developing, and promotes the
wide use of virtual instruments.

2.图像处理在密封条尺寸测量中的应用研究 蔡汉明, 刘国霞, 赵利伟, 王晓波

摘
要:通过工业摄像机获取密封条的图像,采用数字图像处理技术对图像进行分析处理和分析,实时提取密封条的几何特征,即密封条的宽度或厚度,可实现密封条的在线实时测量。但其测量精度会受一些条件的影响,如光线环境、图像采集设备的分辨率以及各种干扰等。文章讨论了密封条在线检测中的图像处理问题,对实现密待条的在线实时检测提供可能。

Study of the
image processing in the sealing strip’s measuring

Abstract: Sealing
strip’s measuring system is use to improve the quality and the
efficiency of the sealing strip. This design used the lighting
image theory and the digital image processing techology. The
aim of making use of the methods of image processing is to get
the information of the products. Median filtering, dichotomy
and so on are being used in the measuring system. Delphi is
used in the system as a kind of programming language. Finally
the sealing strip measuring system is implemented by the
software.

3.金属疲劳断裂的声发射检测技术 周 洁, 毛汉领, 黄振峰,

摘
要:疲劳断裂是金属结构的主要失效形式,通过金属疲劳断裂时声发射特征参数的提取,建立了声发射特征参数和裂纹扩展速率之间的关系,由试样的三点弯曲疲劳试验,证明采用声发射技术监测疲劳裂纹的扩展,不仅与疲劳裂纹扩展的变化规律相似,而且能实时的捕捉到疲劳裂纹的产生。

Acoustic
emission technique for the detecting of metal fatigue

Abstract: Fatigue fracture is the main
style of failure in metal structure. To extract the features
of the detected crack, two equations are cited to set up the
correlation between AE parameters and crack propagation
velocity. According to the experimental results of three-point
bending specimen, acoustic emission techniques monitoring
fatigue crack propagation is certificated not only to resemble
variable rule of fatigue crack propagation, but also to catch
generation of fatigue crack in real time.

摘
要:产品和金属元件表面镀层或防腐层厚度是与产品质量与性能相关的重要指标。为满足分析要求,介绍了自行研制的同位素X射线荧光分析仪的主要技术方法及具体应用。实际应用效果表明该分析仪在对工业镀层和汽车涂层厚度进行在线测量时其测量精度可达2%~4%,是一种具有快速、简便、无损等优点的新型分析方法。

Abstract: It is well known that the
surface coating or antiseptic layer of thickness of the
product and metal components is the important index related to
product's quality and performance. In order to meet the
analysis requirement, this article introduced the main
technological method and concrete application of the
independently developed isotope X fluorogenic analysis
instrument. The practical application effect indicated this
analyzer when carries on the on-line survey to industry
coating and automobile coating thickness its measuring
accuracy may reach 2%~4%. It is a kind of new-type analytical
method with advantage such as being fast, simple, convenient
and no harm.

摘
要:测试中测量点布置的越多,测试结果就越真实,但测试过程也就越复杂。一种新的基于数值试验的测点优化布置方法,可减少测量点,也能得到较完整、真实的测试数据,减少工作量、降低测试成本、提高测量精度。用本方法布置测点与用经验方法有很大的不同,这种方法的拟合误差较小,有广阔的应用前景。

Optimization

Abstract: In testing, the more survey
stations are collocated, the result of test is the more true,
and the process of test is the more complex. The new method of
the optimization survey station collocation which is based on
numerical experimentation can reduce measuring points, make
the integral and true test data, decrease workload, reduce the
testing cost and increase the measuring accuracy. The survey
station collocation method is quite different from the rule of
thumb. This new method has less error of fitting. This paper
gave out the example of application to make out the value of
this method.

6.电磁兼容试验设备的校准——静电放电发生器校准装置 钟国林, 张朝军,
尧冬梅(中国测试技术研究院,四川 成都 610021)
摘
要:建立的电磁兼容试验设备标准装置——静电放电发生器校准装置,具有-3dB信号带宽为1GHz,采样速率为5GSp/s,且对静电电压高达±8kV,电流高达±30A的放电电流波形具有频谱及脉冲波形保真度。该装置能对静电放电发生器及类似设备进行校准或校验(复杂脉冲波形复现与量值溯源)。其校准不确定度为4.6%(k=2)。该装置采用专用精密电流传感器(放电靶)将放电电流波形转换(采样)为低电平电压波形,经恰当衰减后直接进入1GHz带宽的数字存储示波器进行显示和测量,还可对测量结果和波形进行存储和彩色打印。

Abstract: Recently,
a calibration equipment for the electromagnetic
compatibility(EMC)testing system-the electrostatic discharge
generator calibration equipment has successfully established
by the National Institute of Measurement and Testing
Technology(NIMTT). The -3dB signal bandwidth for the equipment
is 1GHz. The sample acquisition rate is 5GSp/s. The
electrostatic voltages that can be calibrated is high up to
±8kV. The current to be calibrated is ±30A. It is a research
tool for the evaluation of impulse waveform on electrostatic
discharge generator or correlative products. The uncertainty
of calibration is 4.6%(k=2). The discharge current waveforms
of the equipment pass through the appropriate current
transducer are converted to a low level voltage. The
attenuated voltage is fed directly to digital memory
oscilloscope which bandwidth is 1GHz for display and
measurement. In additional, the measured results can be
printed.
